Data we collect: Chat messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude API and temporarily stored in session memory (Redis). Sessions expire automatically.
Usage analytics: Anonymised usage statistics (message count, token usage, cost estimates) are logged to a private Google Sheet for operational purposes.
Market data: Financial data sourced from Yahoo Finance and Open Exchange Rates, delayed ~15 minutes.

This is a statistics dashboard for an AI chatbot. It shows how much the chatbot is being used and what it costs to run it — updated in real time.
Conversations are simply the number of times a user has started a chat with the bot. More conversations means more people are using it.
Tokens are how AI measures text. Every word (or part of a word) you type, and every word the AI responds with, counts as tokens. The more you chat, the more tokens are used — and tokens cost money.
Cost is directly tied to tokens. The company that provides the AI (in this case Anthropic/Claude) charges per token, so the cost goes up the more people use the chatbot.
The bar chart shows how the daily cost has changed over the past two weeks. You can spot busy days where costs spike higher than normal.
The donut chart shows which platforms people use to talk to the chatbot — for example via a website chat or through Telegram (a messaging app).
Total cost is the running bill since the chatbot was first launched — a useful number for whoever is paying for it to keep track of the overall spend.
In short: this dashboard gives the company running the chatbot a quick overview of usage, costs, and where their users are coming from.
